Agenda as follows:
Net meeting schedule discussion: Should we schedule each
net meeting for the month? Result- each monthly meeting a volunteer will be
requested to cover each net meeting and if not able then it is up to the
volunteer to find a substitute. Aprils Volunteer is Dave-W1VOW.
Weather Spotters & General weather discussion: Sullivan
Weather training will be on the 28th of April at
A short discussion occurred on not having a MOU with the
Marquette Sheriffs Office for our group to pass along information to Sullivan
during weather events. A concern was brought up about once an agreement was
made whether the obligation could be met by the group. The discussion ended at

line to what is working and how we might structure the agreement for our
circumstances.
Don made Skywarn ID cards for the group, and will be given
out at the end of the meeting. This cards will help
facilitate the reporting process, and also help identify

The weather software will be installed on the ARES/RACES computer in the EOC at $79 with a monthly subscription of $10 for the APRS tracking and ect.

· The Marquette County Fire District Association meeting report: ARES/RACES is now on the roll call and is expected to attend each meeting. A schedule for a member will be discussed at a later date. Coloma Fire Department brought their smoke/tornado simulator to the meeting as the Association is looking at purchasing one for the county. Gary and Dave thought it was quite an experience.

· Columbia County ARES/RACES is sponsoring a Fox Hunt this Spring.

Agenda:
· Introductions of those attending
· Discussing how to send verified true accurate weather information to Sullivan from Marquette and Columbia county ARES/RACES in order for Sullivan to give accurate Warning/Watches.
· Planning a meeting at a future date in order to set down guidelines for sending information on to Sullivan- those to be included (Sheriffs office, Emergency Management, Fire District Association, and Sullivan Committee.)
· Information guidelines would give a structure in which information flows in and formalized in order to send on via voice or digital communication.
· Sullivan Committee website has a booklet for training to pass on information to Sullivan Weather Service.
· It is recommended that E-Spotter be used to send information about winter weather reports.
